Health assessment
Privately answer a quick health survey, which will be reviewed by a licensed provider to determine eligibility. Eligible customers will receive a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) in 1-2 days.

Purchase with your regular payment method
After receiving your LMN, continue to make your purchases from Peloton with your regular payment method.

Submit for HSA/FSA reimbursement
Follow the guide that is emailed to you with your LMN to submit your purchase to your HSA/FSA administrator for reimbursement. Claims are typically paid out in 1-2 weeks.
